Groups assessment session - Most Cost Effective
A cost effective way for a group of students from the same RTO to to learn as you go and power through the course, via zoom or face to face (if local to SE Vic).
This can include brainstorming the possible responses to the assessment questions for all participants to progress consistently through the TAE course.

About me
So, let me tell you about myself...
I discovered this niche whilst upgrading my own TAE certificate in 2023. When reading the high degree of frustration and despair that some students found whilst tackling this course, I felt I had something to offer. There is no doubt that I am helping others create their future. Hence, the name Creating Futures.
Amongst other things I have been an RTO manager for over 15 years to a private college, and have held the Cert IV Training and Assessing qualification since its inception many decades ago.
I have worked for TAFE's and several private and boutique RTO's in a variety of industry's, including equine, animal studies, small business management, hospitality, and community services. Hailing from the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne, I have always had a passion for helping others, especially in the area of education. Watching people 'illuminate' when they "Get It" is a bit motivating to me.
My first love is Horses and I have a background in equine studies and RTO management. Over my career I've seamlessly been able to blend my broad range of vocational skills with an administrative and compliance role to bring the RTO world to life for students. Some of my major projects over the years, including several extensions to scope, ASQA and VRQA audits, learning package development, launch online learning platforms, Train the Trainer, Validation workshops, and more. Phew!!
In my circle (away from horses), I'm known for my flair to adapt to the complexities of the training and assessing world and offer sound and practical advise. I have successfully assisted numerous students to launch their own careers into the Training and Assessing environment. I have helped people transition from the following industries :-

How can you help me?
I can provide one on one assistance, usually over zoom, where we look at the assessment and work together to answer the questions and complete the tasks.
I provide an "no charge" 30min discussion to see if I can assist you. Based on what type of help you need the charge is calculated on an hourly rate. Payment is flexible with the option of cash, direct debit, or credit card with a receipt provided.
Hours are flexible. I do work from home, in my own business, so I can work and ride my horses. Zoom meetings can be hosted between 7am - 10 pm. I'm located in the Victoria, Australia in Officer South
